Ameri Guard Security Officer (Part-Time)

Ameri Guard Security is looking for Armed and Unarmed Security Officers. This position deters criminal activity by adhering to facility security measures. Duties include reviewing video surveillance equipment to identify odd behaviors, patrolling the interior and exterior of a property at set intervals, and only providing property access to authorized individuals.

• Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Communicating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel.
• Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors.
• Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage.
• Investigating suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches.
• Maintaining an activity log and preparing surveillance reports.
• Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

Shift 1: 26 hours with opportunity for more.

• Valid California Guard Card. Show guard card number on resume.
• Valid California Drivers License for driving positions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal mobile phone.
• Fluent in English language.
• 40 hours of required BSIS training or must complete within 6 months of employment.

CPR/First Aid certified (strongly preferred)
