ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled and motivated All-Source Analyst to join our team at Beale AFB, CA supporting the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). The role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver actionable insights that support mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making and tactical operations.
- Perform analytical tradecraft support, including the development of predictive and comprehensive analysis for ISR problem sets as directed by theater air component(s).
- Integrate data from various intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to track disposition of adversary forces and provide actionable assessments.
- Support ISR targeting development and operational planning efforts.
- Collaborate with other AETs and cross-functional teams (analysts, operators, mission planners) to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
- Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
- Travel may be required (up to 15%).
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years experience without a degree or 2 years with AS/AA or 0 years with a BS/BA in All Source Analysis, with proven track record of supporting ISR operations.
- DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 111, Basic level.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
- Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
- Understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
Skills:
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting the 480 ISRW or similar ISR organizations.
- Knowledge of ISR targeting development, Distribution of Forces analysis, and operational‑level intelligence planning.
- Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
- Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
