Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking offices, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts per site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed;
Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate relevant security-related information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
