Base pay range: $36.00/hr - $54.59/hr

- Inspect, service, and repair forklifts and farm equipment.
- Disassemble, overhaul, repair and reassemble engines, transmission, differential, clutch, brake, electrical system, fuel system, and any other part related to material handling or farm equipment.
- Perform scheduled equipment service ranging from minor to major service.
- Use all tools of the trade, including precision instruments, welding equipment, shop machines, overhead hoists and power tools in adjusting and repairs.
- Complete accurately all required internal and customer driven paperwork, including work orders, safety inspections, timesheets.
- Ensure company equipment and tools comply with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Own and maintain up to date tools of the trade.
- Keeps work and supply areas clean and orderly, and follows all safety rules and procedures.
- Required to work overtime if needed.
- Must have mechanical experience in one or more areas: automotive, diesel and or forklift.
- One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school;
Five plus year's forklift equipment experience or equivalent education and experience. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instruction.
- Valid California driver’s license/good driving record.
