This is a full‑time, on‑site role for Horizontal Directional Drill Operators and Locators. Responsibilities include operating horizontal directional drill equipment, locating utilities, and performing drills according to job specifications and safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure project efficiency, performing equipment inspections, and conducting basic maintenance. Operators and locators will follow company safety procedures and adhere to industry standards.

• Experience in operating horizontal directional drilling equipment and locating utilities
• Knowledge of utility construction, safety protocols, and drilling techniques
• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members effectively
• Valid driver's license and ability to reliably commute to the Metropolitan Fresno area
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
• Prior experience in the trenching or utility installation industry is a plus
