What You'll Do... This role involves working independently in customers' homes, businesses, and properties, often without direct supervision, and may include interaction with vulnerable populations. Employees may access confidential company and customer information, handle regulated materials, make service-related commitments, and operate company vehicles and equipment. Professional conduct, safe driving, responsible handling of materials, and the ability to resolve situations calmly and respectfully are essential.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, including trap setup and sealing entry points
• Complete light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
• Complete service documentation and production forms
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current with industry standards
• Perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers
• Once inspections have been conducted to identify pest activity, install termite control systems
