Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and/or related equipment, providing quality repairs on agriculture equipment in the shop environment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving:
  • Engines
  • Transmissions
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Structural components, including welding
• Complete accurate documentation and service reports using basic computer systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety protocols
• Apply safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
• Perform additional functions or duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives

• 5 years experience hands‑on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment (agriculture or heavy machinery preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to comply with all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and operate vehicles within prescribed limits and weather conditions.
• Willingness to perform duties both in shop and field environments as needed.
