HVAC Installers Job Duties may include but not limited to

• Lays out reference points for installation of structural and functional components.
• Cuts holes in floors and walls to form air duct outlets and returns.
• Drills holes and installs mounting brackets and hangers into floor and walls of building.
• Constructs foundation of noncombustible materials as needed
• Lifts our hoists and aligns components into position in accordance with diagrams.
• Screws, bolts, rivets, welds, and brazes parts to assemble structural and functional components such as motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring harnesses, valves, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores and pipes.
• Cuts, threads, and connects pipe to functional components and gas or power system of premises.
• Balances refrigerant in system.
• Starts system, observes operation, reads gauges and instruments, and adjusts mechanisms such as valves, controls, and pumps to control level of fluid, pressure, and temperature in system.
• Installs wiring to connect components to electrical power source.
• Connects & adjusts timers and thermostats
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.

More About the Opportunity:

This is a 4-week training program with an opportunity to interview with our Client.

You will, in a short time, learn what is needed to be Day-1 ready working as a HVAC

Installer.
Competitive wages begin once training has concluded and hired on with

our Client.

Training consists of Zoom-remote learning and on-site, hands-on learning at Client’s

facility in Fresno, CA (93725).Training is Monday – Friday, 8AM - 5PM . Employment

opportunity may include additional hours, weekends, and mandatory overtime.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
• Passion for trades and a strong desire to learn technical skills.
• Great communication skills, experience working with customers and clients.
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment.
