• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose & repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience exceeding expectations.
• Provide value‑added solutions to improve the home environment.
• Maintain truck and parts efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; proficiency with testing & repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing various home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with smartphone for part ordering.
• Successfully pass background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state(s).
• Ability to travel up to 100 %.
• Flexible schedule, including overtime.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 20–100 lbs and perform required movements.
• Ability to drive an automatic‑transmission vehicle.

1–2 years.

Road Warrior – 75 % or more travel.

United States – Stockton, CA 95206 (Fresno discussed).

Regular, Full‑time.
