Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician

• Hourly rate $18–$30, depending on experience, certification and location.

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve their homes.
• Keep company truck well‑maintained and parts inventory organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances (preferred).
• Ability to follow directions, processes and quality workmanship standards.
• Proficient with smartphone use for part ordering.
• Pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Availability for variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Strong reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Physical capability: lift, carry, push, pull, reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, crawl up to 100 lbs; drop to 20 lbs routinely.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
• Years of experience: 1–2 years.

Road Warrior: 75% or more travel.
