The pay rate for this job is $27 – $27 / hour*.

• Perform carpentry repairs, framing, trim work, drywall installation, patching, texturing, and painting
• Assist with residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, or other property damage
• Complete demolition, repairs, and rebuilding as directed
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide professional customer service while working at occupied job sites

Standard schedule is Monday through Friday. Open availability is required. Associates may occasionally be placed on call and asked to work evenings, overtime, or weekends to respond to emergency restoration projects. Most projects are local, covering the area from Chowchilla to Visalia. Under normal circumstances, associates will return home each day. During large‑scale disasters or catastrophic events, associates may be asked to travel outside the local area to assist with restoration efforts.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting is required
• Restoration experience is preferred but not required
• A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Background check and drug test required
