Pacific Capital Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a well maintained property with under 100 units. The technician will manage ongoing maintenance of a multi-million-dollar multi-family property, reporting to the Community Manager and safeguarding the property’s physical condition.
Responsibilities include responding to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours, being on-call for after-hours emergencies, repairing lights, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, inspecting
