Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property buildings and grounds in good repair and help prepare vacant units for occupancy. You will manage tool inventories, ensure safety practices, and respond to service requests on an on-call basis.
The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus hands-on maintenance experience. On-site work with a focus on safety and timely, quality workmanship is expected.
