Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and other tasks;
Perform check-in/out inspections of off-rented buildings to determine repair scope and damages for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform modifications requested by customers;
Maintain inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks and provide courteous customer service in person or over the phone;
Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates at stated quality levels
