Slab Fab Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Slab Fabricator/Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for fabricating, transporting, and installing stone slabs while maintaining quality workmanship and a safe work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Fabricate and prepare stone slabs for installation.

Load, transport, and unload materials safely.

Install countertops and other stone products at customer locations.

Operate hand tools and equipment safely.

Measure, cut, polish, and finish stone as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Previous fabrication or installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Comfortable working in a warehouse and at customer job sites.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.

Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
