Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll DoPerform general building and facility maintenance

Handle basic repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep

Help with electrical maintenance and repairs

Help maintain Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems and address basic issues

Perform plumbing, drywall, painting, and other general maintenance work Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs

Keep the dealership clean, safe, functional, and well maintained

Work with the team to address maintenance needs throughout the facility

What You'll Bring Prior Commercial maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience

Basic electrical knowledge is helpful

Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning experience is a bonus

Identify issues and find solutions

Handle a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
