JOB SUMMARYAs Monitor I, you play a vital role in supporting the successful reintegration of individuals transitioning from federal incarceration back into the community. Reporting directly to the Program Director, you are responsible for the supervision, safety, and accountability of residents at the Federal Bureau of Prisons Residential Reentry Center (RRC). This position combines structure and compassion to ensure residents comply with program expectations while fostering a secure and respectful environment.
You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, monitoring behavior, conducting security checks, documenting incidents, and helping residents stay on track with their reentry goals.
