Join a small, ambitious team where your work shapes how customers first discover and fall in love with our product. You'll be a frontend‑first engineer with the full‑stack depth to own our entire marketing site stack — from CMS and analytics to backend services and deployment. You're a proactive builder and problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to fix;
you spot opportunities, propose solutions, and ship them. No two days look the same: some days you're in the creative weeds with Design, obsessing over the details of a web experience; others you're the one unblocking a whole team by shipping something they didn't even know was possible.
What makes this role special is the ownership and the impact. You'll work directly with designers, marketers, and leadership — close enough to understand the why behind every build, and trusted enough to run with it. Your work won't sit in a backlog or get lost in a long release cycle; it'll be live, visible, and experienced by millions of visitors.
You'll wear many hats, move fast, and continuously raise the bar on what we've already built. If you care about craft, thrive in a high‑energy environment, and want your work to actually matter — let’s work together.
- Own the full marketing site stack — from frontend and CMS to backend services, analytics, and deployment. You're not just a contributor here; this is yours to build and evolve.
- Lead development on customer‑facing products and commerce tools, working closely with our Customer Experience and Product Design teams to deliver experiences that convert and delight.
- Partner with Design, Marketing, and Publishing to ship content experiences that drive customer acquisition — and run experiments that turn data into smarter decisions.
- Build and maintain integrations with third‑party APIs and external services that keep our internal teams productive and our stack humming.
- Obsess over performance and user experience — from Core Web Vitals to CMS workflows — so that every interaction feels fast, polished, and intentional.
- Develop and maintain our Web Design System and component libraries, keeping the foundation consistent and scalable as the product and team grow.
- You have strong, production‑proven experience in Type Script, React, and Next.js (or similar e.g. Svelte Kit) — and you're proud of what you've built or worked on. We'd love to hear about it.
- You're comfortable across the full stack — from CMS platforms like Sanity or Contentful to APIs, backend services, and analytics integrations.
- You care about reliability and observability — you write tests, set up monitoring, and don't consider something truly shipped until you're confident it won't fall over in production.
- You own your work end‑to‑end — from scoping and building to deployment…
