Equipment Operator

Our client, a leading distribution company specializing in high-volume warehouse operations, is seeking a Equipment Operator to join their team. As a Equipment Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team supporting the efficient movement of products within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a safety-conscious mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**   $20.00-$20.50/hr

** Shift:
** Multiple Shifts (4x10 or 3x12) - Days, Swings, and Nights available

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate Raymond standup forklifts and reach trucks to transport products safely and efficiently within the warehouse

+ Support inbound, storage, and outbound logistics operations by moving products between designated areas

+ Perform daily equipment checks and maintain safety standards throughout your shift

+ Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, scanning, and staging

+ Ensure accurate data entry and scanning to maintain system integrity and inventory accuracy

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience operating Raymond lift trucks, including standup forklifts and reach trucks

+ Ability to work in temperature-varied zones, dusty environments, and narrow aisles

+ Comfort working at elevated heights and using conveyors, scanners, and other warehouse equipment

+ Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and reliability in daily tasks

+ Clear communication skills in English and dependable attendance
