Primary Functions

• Pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.

• Loading, transporting, delivering, and unloading items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Collect payments for delivered items as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Follow transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

• Good driver's record (DMV/MVR) and a valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle class.
• Proven experience with box truck or at least 24 ft‑long truck driving, including winter and mountain environments with snowy conditions.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time‑management and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to use forklift or pallet jack to move pallets and/or products.
• Successfully pass background checks inclusive of criminal history and drug screening.
• Pass physical examination and Human Performance Evaluation for lifting, carrying, push‑pull, climb, and repetitive posture.
• Meet vision and hearing requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment.

• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent movement, standing, walking, sitting; use hands to touch, handle, feel; reach with arms.
• Perform repetitive hand use, push and pull up to 50 lbs, reach above shoulder.
• Frequent bending and squatting.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area.
• Must be able to drive at any time of day, including daylight and nighttime hours.

• High school or GED equivalent.

• Office and warehouse environment.
• Occasional standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Required wearing appropriate PPE.
• Exposure to hot/cold weather and loud noises in warehouse.
• Frequent computer and telephone use.
• Frequent communication with people throughout the day.
• Deliver products in inclement weather conditions.
