Driver - Non-CDL

Job Overview

Coleman Worldwide Moving seeks immediate openings for non‑CDL driving positions. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods, leading moving crews, and interacting with customers daily.

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew during loading and unloading of shipments onto and off of the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading to ensure proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of the truck, moving equipment, interior and exterior of the truck, straps, tensioners, and walk boards.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Real , CDL, or valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be willing to travel locally, intrastate, and/or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

• 40 hours of vacation pay after one year of employment.
