Job Overview
Coleman Worldwide Moving seeks immediate openings for non‑CDL driving positions. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods, leading moving crews, and interacting with customers daily.
Key Responsibilities- Transport goods using a company truck.
- Lead the crew during loading and unloading of shipments onto and off of the truck.
- Inspect shipments prior to loading to ensure proper packing or wrapping.
- Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
- Assist in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of the truck, moving equipment, interior and exterior of the truck, straps, tensioners, and walk boards.
- Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
- Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Real , CDL, or valid driver's license preferred. - Must be willing to travel locally, intrastate, and/or interstate.
- Ability to operate a box truck.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- 40 hours of vacation pay after one year of employment.

- Eight paid holidays after 90 days for full‑time employees.

- Summer intern scholarship program: $500 for the first full internship, $750 for the second, $1,000 for the third or more.
