System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. You will transport important goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. We offer competitive pay packages and excellent benefits. Weekly Pay: Full-time drivers can make $903.55 - $2,021.54 per week.
Annual Pay: $46,984.82 - $ per year, depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.

- Eligibility Requirements:
- Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving to receive the payout.
- Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment.
- 1st payout: $1,250.00 at 90‑day period of active employment.
- 2nd payout: $1,250.00 at next 90‑day period of active employment.
- 3rd payout: $1,250.00 at next 90‑day period of active employment.
- 4th and final payout: $1,250.00 at next 90‑day period of active employment.
Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate.
Including mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full‑time drivers can make $903.55 - $2,021.54 per week ($46,984.82 - $ per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile, depending on experience.
Changing jobs is never easy – that’s why our transition package invests in you: a $1,800 transition package, $1,000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first two weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.
Home Time- Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset.
- Home time varies by division. This opportunity is for Division 290.

System Transport does not allow pets. Riders aged 7 and up are allowed after 90 days of safe driving.

Hiring Qualifications- Must have a valid Class A CDL.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a safe driving record on the road.
- No more than six jobs in the last three years.
- 4+ months of driving experience required.
- Background check required.
- Clean drug test required.
- Clean clearinghouse result required.
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads.
Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience, but not necessary.
