We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for inbound and outbound processing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate logistics system data.

• Assist with loading and unloading inspections, receiving, and inventory inbound/outbound operations.
• Manage inventory and replenishment data, organize storage locations, and coordinate palletizing of products.
• Verify quantities, pick orders, coordinate packing, label shipments, and confirm outgoing deliveries.
• Track shipments and handle claims for damaged or lost goods.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including order picking, inbound and outbound scanning, documentation processing, shipping, inventory counting, and returns handling.
• Maintain and update logistics system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Employment will be on a W-2 basis upon hire; background check required.
• Proficient in computer operations. Familiar with WPS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
  Spanish is a plus.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attendance record and demonstrated reliability.

• Competitive salary:
  Exempt - Exempt - $54,000–$60,000 year (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
