A member of the Warehouse Department, a food service division at Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California, the Forklift Operator I is responsible for accurate, timely, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing material in warehouse and production environments. Operators will also store & rotate stock, load trailers, and manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Warehouse Operations.

$19.00 per hour + shift differential

• 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 3:00pm - 12:00am
• 9:00pm - 5:30am

This is an in‑house temporary position aligned with a temp‑to‑hire process. While a permanent role may become available, conversion is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs, performance, and attendance. Benefits eligibility begins after 90 days.

• Manually loads or unloads materials onto or off pallets.
• Loads trailers with pre‑determined patterns for legal weight distribution.
• Utilizes an RF scanner and supports picking and staging orders, loading, and unloading trucks.
• Stores and rotates stock in correct locations with minimal variance.
• Correctly identifies and applies labels to material received.
• Supports facility cleanliness.
• Communicates effectively with and supports the team.
• Completes other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Good prioritization and problem‑solving ability.
• Self‑starter that requires minimal supervision.
• Previous RF/WMS experience required.
• Proficient ability with forklift classes 1‑5 including double‑deep high‑reach, standup, double walkie riders, electric and LP forklifts.

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Adept in fast‑paced, narrow‑aisle and congested multi‑temp environments.
• 2 years of recent verifiable food manufacturing/distribution experience.

• Valid class A license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
