• Supervise day-to-day operations of warehouse, including: receiving, put away, transfers, restock and conversion.
• Supervise and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations.
• Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies and procedures with regard to picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe working and clean environment throughout the warehouses and surrounding area.
• Monitor employee productivity and implement systems to improve service.
• Responsible for orientation and training of employees.
• Hold team accountable to company policies:
  Attendance, safety first mentality.
• Work with operation managers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Maintain audit documentation for MRO and Dry Goods inventory counts.
• Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss.
• Ensure all equipment, including but not limited to forklifts and pallet jacks, is properly maintained and inspection practices are followed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years Warehouse Management experience required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, and managers.
• Ability to provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees.
• Ability to use all relevant electronic and communication devices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• Be able to analyze data associated with processes, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, as applicable for the role.
