Shipping Clerk

Now Hiring: PM Shipping Clerk (2 Openings) – Fowler, CAA well-established food manufacturing company in Fowler, CA is hiring two PM Shipping Clerks and is looking to fill these positions immediately. Pay $16.90–$18.00/hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday – Saturday Typical shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AMHours may vary based on production needs

Job Responsibilities Prepare and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy.

Create bills of lading and shipping documents.

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.

Compare packing slips to purchase orders.

Sort, count, label, package, and maintain inventory records.

Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory movement.

Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.

Coordinate deliveries to internal departments.

Research lost shipments and assist with proof of delivery documentation.

Maintain shipping and receiving records.

Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (if qualified).Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of shipping clerk or related warehouse experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Dependable with a flexible schedule

Experience using scanners and inventory systems is a plus
