Now Hiring: PM Shipping Clerk (2 Openings) – Fowler, CA

A well-established food manufacturing company in Fowler, CA is hiring two PM Shipping Clerks and is looking to fill these positions immediately. Pay $16.90–$18.00/hour, depending on experience

Schedule Monday – Saturday
Typical shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Hours may vary based on production needs

• Prepare and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Create bills of lading and shipping documents.
• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Compare packing slips to purchase orders.
• Sort, count, label, package, and maintain inventory records.
• Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory movement.
• Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries to internal departments.
• Research lost shipments and assist with proof of delivery documentation.
• Maintain shipping and receiving records.
• Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (if qualified).
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of shipping clerk or related warehouse experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable with a flexible schedule
• Experience using scanners and inventory systems is a plus
