Warehouse Material Handler

Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour based on shift

Shift: Weeknight: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and organizing beauty products while ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically active, and able to maintain outstanding attendance.

• Pick, pack, and stage beauty products accurately for shipment
• Sort and pack product at a rapid pace.
• Use RF scanners and headset systems to track and fulfill orders (training provided)
• Support shipping, receiving, and overall inventory organization
• Fulfill store replenishment and online customer orders efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company processes and productivity standards in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to lift and move totes weighing 45–60 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with continuous walking, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift
• Capable of working in an active warehouse environment

• Must have outstanding attendance and reliability
• Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus, but not required
