CX is a new subsidiary of Beautylish, Inc., focused on providing logistics services for personal care ecommerce brands. Since we started ecommerce in 2012, we have developed a great reputation for the high-touch and personal service that we provide for every order. Our Fresno fulfillment center is growing and we're looking for people excited to join a collaborative team and create an exceptional customer experience.

Fulfillment Associates
are responsible for all of the processes that ensure our customers quickly receive a perfectly fulfilled and beautifully packaged order. We pride ourselves on a reputation of fast and personalized service with every single order.

• Accurately hand-picking items frominventory
• Carefully inspecting and packaging ordersfor shipment
• Folding, preparing and assembling shipping materials
• Meeting hourly and daily goals/KPIs for accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting with inbound and outbound palletizingand shipments
• Moving pallets using a stand-up forklift and/or pallet jack
• Contributing to keeping the fulfillment center organized, clean, and safe

• Excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability
• Attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness
• Ability to stay focused and perform consistently to meet goals
• Eager to learn, apply feedback, and improve over time

• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates

• Our Fresnofulfillment center is hiring Full Time
  positions, typically 40 hrs/week with a consistent schedule.
• Our standard shifts are 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri butsome overtime and occasional weekend shifts may be available/required.
• Associate must be ableto navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment,stand for long periods of time, and lift 50+ pounds
• All employees must have and maintain currentU.S. work authorization
• Fluencyin verbal and written English
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Fulfillment Associate 1'sstart at $17 per hour
• Promotion to Fulfillment Associate 2($17.50/hr) is typically reached within about 6 months
• Annual Raise on your anniversary
