En tant qu’analyste métier, vous intervenez comme interface entre les parties prenantes métier et les équipes techniques. Vous analysez les besoins, formalisez les exigences et contribuez à la conception de solutions adaptées au contexte de l’administration publique.
Vos missions- Recueillir, analyser et structurer les besoins métier
- Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles claires et exploitables
- Participer à la définition et à l’évolution des processus
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Assurer la cohérence entre les besoins métier, les contraintes réglementaires et les solutions proposées
- Contribuer aux projets menés selon les méthodologies en vigueur (notamment HERMES)
Formation
- Master (Université ou HES) dans un domaine pertinent
Certifications
- ECBA, CCBA ou CBAP
- HERMES Foundation
Compétences linguistiques
- Français : niveau minimum C1
- Allemand : niveau minimum C1
- Anglais : niveau minimum C1
