Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a XBOM Project Leader (f/m) to join our Operations Excellence Digital department based in Toulouse, France.

You will drive the vision and delivery of the XBOM digital project, creating a harmonized data repository for aircraft Bill of Materials across all programmes. In this strategic role, you will deliver data-driven solutions to optimize business processes, support operations, and derisk key company objectives across Engineering, Procurement, and Sustainability.

• Define the product vision and roadmap for XBOM assets (As-Designed, As-Prepared, As-Built) by aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Scope and execute complex data analytics projects using big data architectures to deliver tangible business value to operations.
• Identify operational risk mitigation opportunities by leveraging analytical capabilities and product structure data.
• Measure the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of XBOM tools across a growing internal community of practice.
• Present project deliverables, business cases, and strategic insights to domain experts, subcontractors, and middle management.

• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in multi-functional project management (LBIP+ methodology) and team leadership.
• Strong expertise in data analytics platforms (Skywise) and big data system architectures.
• Solid understanding of PLM engineering ecosystems, product definition, and manufacturing systems (SAP ARP).
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
  French or German is an asset.
