Hauptaufgaben
- Führung der Geschäftsstelle des Gesundheitsnetz Sense
- Umsetzung der Alterspolitik Senior+ und unserer Altersstrategie
- Koordination der sozialmedizinischen Versorgung im Sensebezirk
- Leitung der Koordinationsstelle gemäss kantonalem Auftrag
- Zusammenarbeit mit Gemeinden, Kanton und weiteren Partnern
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheits- oder Sozialbereich
- Führungserfahrung (entsprechende Weiterbildung von Vorteil)
- Verständnis für politische und administrative Prozesse
- Vernetztes Denken, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Verhandlungsgeschick und gute Französischkenntnisse
- Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeit und
-organisation - Vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit in gut eingespieltem Team
