To strengthen our team in Europe, with a particular focus on Switzerland and Italy, we are looking for an:

Business Development & Account Manager (Switzerland & Italy)

based at our headquarter in Fribourg, Switzerland. If you are looking for an exciting challenge in a friendly and dynamic environment, then we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth by proactively prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with new customers, while building strategic relationships that expand Dartfish's market presence and revenue.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to build loyalty and identify up-selling and cross-selling possibilities.
  • Manage contract renewals and customer retention initiatives, ensuring high renewal rates while identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Dartfish solutions and achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with other Country Managers on international initiatives and projects.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency:
    Fluent in German or Swiss German, with a strong command of English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is an advantage.
  • Personality:
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Strong interest in technology and its applications in the sports industry.
  • Travel Readiness:
    Open to and capable of traveling frequently.
Experience
  • Professional Background:
    Previous experience in business development, account management or sales is a must.
  • Sports Industry Knowledge:
    Prior experience in a sport environment (e.g., as an athlete, coach, or support staff) is an advantage but not a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
