Position: Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist

Twin City Staffing is hiring an organized and detail-oriented accounts payable / receivable specialist to support daily accounting operations for a busy and growing company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and ensuring invoices, payments, and payroll tasks are processed accurately and on time.

Location:

Fridley, MN

Hours:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay:

$55,000 - $60,000 annually

Duties of the accounts payable / receivable specialist:
  • Process and verify invoices, payments, and billing
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows
  • Maintain vendor and customer records
  • Assist with payroll processing and timesheet review
  • Track inventory or load data and update accounting systems
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and employees to resolve discrepancies
Requirements of the Accounts Payable / Receivable:
  • Associate degree or equivalent accounting experience
  • 2+ years of AP/AR experience
  • Payroll processing experience helpful
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
