Job Overview

Associate Accountant – Hydraulic Specialty Inc., a family‑owned Minnesota business. Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay $24–$29 per hour. Requires 1–3 years of accounting experience.

• Daily cash journal entries, reporting, and reconciliation
• Weekly payroll and monthly recurring journal entries
• Electronic payment processing and posting
• Perform month‑end account reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements
• File Sales Tax Reports;
  Federal Excise Tax Reports;
  Property Taxes
• Compile tow truck out‑of‑state tows for third‑party processing
• Assist with capital asset accounting
• Filing rebates
• May be assigned additional responsibilities as needed
