We are a growing sewer and drain company specializing in sewer repairs, drain cleaning, and trenchless pipe lining. Our team is committed to fast response times, quality service, and clear communication. We’re looking for a reliable Dispatcher to help coordinate our daily operations and keep our crews running efficiently.

Position Overview

The Dispatcher is responsible for managing the daily schedule, assigning jobs to technicians, and serving as the main communication hub between customers, field crews, and the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls and project jobs
  • Prioritize emergency and time-sensitive work
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
  • Coordinate with sales, project coordinators, and field crews
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with booking service appointments
  • Maintain accurate records in scheduling/CRM software
  • Ensure efficient routing to maximize productivity
  • Others as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred (home services a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems
Preferred (but not required)
  • Experience in plumbing, sewer, HVAC, or construction industries
  • Knowledge of local service areas and routing
