CoreResponsibilities
- Support day-to-day office operations, including coordination, communication, and general administrative tasks
- Assist project managers and field staff with documentation, reporting, and project setup
- Manage project-related records, including formatting, uploading, and tracking documents
- Handle invoicing support and basic financial administration (AP/AR tracking and coordination)
- Maintain organized systems for files, records, and correspondence
- Help ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and in alignment with company standards
- High school diploma (or equivalent); additional education is a plus
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow
