** Your Opportunity:
** Taylor is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for providing the customer with positive, consultative, and service-based experience.  In this role, you will act as the project manager liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility, to ensure projects are delivered on time to customer expectations while maintaining internal profitability goals.
** Your Responsibilities:
** Gathering and understanding job specific requirements from the customer to accurately enter jobs into production.
Managing multiple accounts, programs/projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex tasks.

Ability to solve problems effectively, respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects.

Project management skills.

Previous print industry or manufacturing experience.

The anticipated component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. annual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $55,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
