Position Overview

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Account Manager in Fridley, MN responsible for providing customers with a positive, consultative, and service‑based experience. In this role you will act as the project‑manager liaison between the customer and the manufacturing facility to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining internal profitability goals.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and understand job‑specific requirements from the customer to accurately enter jobs into production.
  • Align with Sales Rep on client expectations and service levels.
  • Communicate production schedules and updates to the customer, proactively manage production milestone dates, and track production status to ensure orders ship on time.
  • Resolve production‑related issues to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Provide sales support, including product, pricing, schedule, capacity, and production‑related requests.
  • Manage multiple accounts, programs, projects, and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Document and maintain account‑specific standard operating procedures.
  • Lead regular scheduled meetings with the customer to discuss the status of current orders, quality, and forecast opportunities.
  • Maintain favorable relationships with external customers and internal team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of experience in customer service or a customer support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle complex tasks.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively, respond to continually changing priorities, and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Project management skills.
  • Previous print industry or manufacturing experience.
Compensation

Annual salary range: $65,000 – $75,000. The actual base salary offered depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
