Universal Services is hiring a Hard Surface Laborer to support asphalt repair and restoration on various site types across residential, commercial, and public right-of-way projects. You will lift, spread, and compact asphalt, assist with tear-out, and help ensure safety and quality on each job.
Day-to-day work includes operating skidsteer or small equipment, preparing bases, and collaborating with the crew to meet deadlines while following project specs and safety standards.
