Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check in and out, and collect payments in accordance with company guidelines.;
Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures according to company procedures.;
Handle cash, credit card and city ledger accounts and collect in-house balances.;
Maintain an organized front desk, lobby, and common areas, including setting up breakfast display.;
Promote ESA services, convert inquiries into reservations, and provide exceptional guest service.
