About the Role

We're looking for an awesome Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Dentistry for the Entire Family is a busy, established, privately owned dental practice with a large hygiene department, three dentists, modern technology, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Our leadership team works hard every day to make this a place where great people want to come to work and stay.

We believe hygienists should be able to focus on taking excellent care of patients, make recommendations they genuinely believe in, and be compensated well for the value they bring to the practice.

The dental hygienist position (RDH) includes a guaranteed base wage of $55/hour, along with an optional hybrid compensation model that allows you to earn more based on your adjusted hygiene production. You receive whichever compensation calculation is higher. For a productive dental hygienist, this model can result in compensation equivalent to $65+/hour, while still providing the security of a guaranteed hourly base.

We'll explain the compensation formula clearly during the interview process so you can understand exactly how it works and decide whether it's a good fit for you.

We want our dental hygienists to have the resources, autonomy, and support to provide excellent care without feeling like they're practicing on an island.

You'll be joining an established hygiene team in a practice with:

• A consistent Monday-Thursday schedule

We aren't interested in pressuring patients into treatment or turning hygiene into a sales position. We are interested in providing comprehensive care, diagnosing periodontal disease appropriately, educating patients well, communicating with our doctors, and helping patients make informed decisions about their health.

• Is a licensed or license-eligible Registered Dental Hygienist in Minnesota
• Provides excellent, evidence-based patient care
• Communicates confidently with patients and doctors
• Is comfortable identifying and discussing periodontal disease
• Enjoys being part of a larger team
• Takes ownership of their schedule and patient experience
• Is dependable, positive, and willing to help teammates
• Wants to continue learning and improving
