We are looking for a talented Technica l Training Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley. MN

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Facilitate Training Programs :
    Support the facilitation of both general and specific training and development programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
  • Contribute to Program Design :
    Assist in the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance learning experiences.
  • Develop Instructional Content :
    Provide input to instructional content, preparing materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids that align with corporate standards.
  • Conduct Needs Analysis :
    Assist with needs, audience, and task analysis to identify training requirements and provide input into effective solutions or changes.
  • Maintain Training Records :
    Keep detailed records and reports on training progress, using evaluation data to guide program revisions and improvements, and providing input for continuous enhancement.

Education

Student enrolled in an Engineering or other STEM related Bachelor’s degree

Experience

Communicates effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Program training courses with coaching from senior content developers.
  • Participates in updating course materials and trainer materials.
  • Deliver training courses with coaching from senior content developers.
  • Support continuous improvement and enhancement of team processes.
  • Video creation editing for training content.
