Customer Service Rep
Job Responsibilities
- Completes assignments in allotted time
- Handles product carefully to avoid damage
- Uses proper case cutting technique
- Ensures correct placement of stock
- Rotates and faces product
- Performs clean up of sales floor and back room
- Assists with customer questions or requests
- Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Memorization, reading, writing and math
- The position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
- Good judgment is required, especially when direct supervision may not be immediately available
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
- Must be able to work shifts of varying length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be 16 years of age and older
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
Varied weekly shifts between 10pm-6am.
