Supplemental Health Care is working with a Long Term Acute Care facility in Fridley, Minnesota to hire a Pharmacist. - Active Pharmacist Licensure/Certification in Minnesota
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Pharmacist
- Prior experience in an LTAC is preferred
$2,080 - $2,330 per week (13-week contract with possibility of extension).
Long Term Acute Care facility provides the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Pharmacist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
