This position is ideal for a licensed pharmacist skilled in medication therapy management, clinical collaboration, and supporting safe and effective patient care within a hospital or clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
Prepare and dispense medications according to regulatory guidelines
Provide clinical recommendations to physicians and nurses regarding drug therapy
Participate in antimicrobial stewardship, medication reconciliation, and patient education
Monitor drug interactions, allergies, contraindications, and clinical responses
Maintain accurate and organized pharmaceutical records
Support pharmacy operations including inventory management, compounding, and IV preparation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication outcomes

Requirements of the Pharmacist

Active Minnesota Pharmacist license (RPh or Pharm

D)
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Minimum 1–2 years’ hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and hospital operations
