Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the  school year in the Fridley, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll DoProvide BCBA services in the school setting

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For Active BCBA license in Minnesota Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
