Elementary Caseload | Two School Buildings

Approximately 45–50 Students

Anthro Med Education is looking for a full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students across two school buildings in Fridley. Each building also has an additional SLP onsite, offering opportunities for collaboration and support.

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
• Complete evaluations and develop compliant, individualized IEPs
• Serve as case manager for assigned students and maintain required documentation
• Support a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, social communication, and ASD‑related needs
• Provide compensatory services and help maintain consistent service delivery for students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support teams
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and problem‑solving discussions

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA CCC‑SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and cultural responsiveness
• Ability to stay organized and manage a full caseload effectively

• Competitive salary range: $60,000–$75,000 based on experience
