Job Summary A-Line Staffing is seeking an Onsite Pharmacist in Fridley, MN for a contract assignment. In this role, you’ll dispense medications, counsel patients, ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, supervise pharmacy support staff, and collaborate with healthcare providers to support safe and effective medication therapy.

• Accept and dispense prescription medications accurately
• Counsel patients on medication use, dosing, storage, side effects, and interactions
• Monitor patient medication compliance and identify over-usage patterns
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files
• Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications
• Support patient services (as applicable) such as smoking cessation, blood pressure checks, cholesterol management
• Educate patients on proper use of devices (e.g., BP monitors, glucose meters)
• Compound medications (including sterile preparations) following proper procedures
• Supervise pharmacy staff (technicians, clerks, interns as applicable)
• Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
• Identify drug-related problems and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare practitioners
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and pharmacy interns

• PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) required
• Active Pharmacist license (state pharmacy board)
