• Fully licensed (LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) clinicians(preferred)
• Those working toward LPCC or LICSW licensure may be considered
• Position: 1099/Independently Contracted.
• Caseload: no quota requirements. Open to partial caseload goals (12-17 weekly) or fuller caseload goals (18+)
• Clients: see the client presentations and populations you like most. The choice is yours.
• Schedule: set your own schedule, some weekday/daytime hours included.
• Location: Hybrid model (1+ day from the office, 1+ day from home available).
• Pay: Commission pay model- financial take home is equivalent to the work you do and licensure level (pre-licensed vs licensed, Masters level vs PsyD/PhD level)- finances will vary based on license status, type, caseload plans, billing codes used, etc. But we will happily review financial potential based on your specific situation in the interview and/or interview follow up email. It may range on average between $50-$125 per therapy "hour" (clinician's take home).
• Clinician Role: You manage clinical care of clients (DA, Treatment plans, session documentation, collection of client fees, client scheduling), using highly efficient, easy to use systems and processes, shared resources, shared marketing and referrals with support of like-minded and well trained colleagues within the clinic.
• Support from Mindful Way: Collaboration with highly trained colleagues who will celebrate you and your wins, support the difficult moments in your work, and work within an inclusive environment with a culturally-responsive and trauma-informed lens. Case consultations, furnished spaces, and shared marketing and referrals to build your practice are all provided. Administrative, billing, and credentialing support also available to help you focus your time on the parts of the job you enjoy most!
  
  Licensed clinicians are credentialed under the Mindful Way Counseling group with major insurance companies with competitive contracts and reimbursements.

We are open to applicants who work with adults or clients of all ages, who feel like a fit based on the information provided above.

Those with specialty training in Trauma, LGBT+ affirming care, Neurodivergent affirming care, Perinatal Mental Health, OCD (ERP & I-CBT), Eating Disorders from a Health at Every Size and/or Intuitive Eating approach are all highly encouraged to apply.
